HICV - where can I find my II member info?

I've got an II membership through Holiday Inn Club at Williamsburg. All the HICV docs say that you just browse on II website and then call an agent at HICV to book through II. Has anyone done this before? I was under the impression I could use II like a normal user but I can't figure out how to get my II member number... I got the directory and welcome info from II in the mail but nothing in there about a member number either...

Maybe I have to call up the HICV agent and ask for my II member number? If I'm paying the member fee for II, I want to make sure I get the full value out of that (with a full II profile/account).

I don't have II, so this may not help.

When I got to my website: members.holidayinnclub.com I log in.

On the account page I see my HIVC #, my RCI # and my IHG #. For each of these I can click and go straight to RCI or IHG.

Perhaps there is an II link also for you? If not, I would call HICV and inquire.

I was given an RCI membership when I joined HIVC. I was not given an option of II. But when I log in to HIVC there is a tab that says go to RCI. When I click in it, I have to agree to terms, then I am directed to the membership. The membership number is there, but as far as I know, I can't go to RCI directly using that number. I always have to go through the HIVC portal. The points requirements are listed in HIVC points instead of RCI points. Maybe it will be the same for you in II. I think I have the ability to book something through the portal without calling a rep, but since I've never done it, I can't say for sure.

yeah seems like they have a tighter integration with RCI than with II. i'll hit up their support and ask them if i can have the II member number and i'll report back what i get in response. if i'm paying annual dues that include II membership, i want the full benefits darnit.
