Nope, he didnt call me yet and its 12pm noon. IMO, They keep pushing me around to buy time on there end to convince us to keep it. Rodney hasnt called yet. They keep pushing us around cause they dont want to lose a sale!!! Their careless on customer satisfaction. Hell, they like angry customers!!! I will be there worst nightmare.
On 9/25/2013, I left 9 messages at South Beach Resort quality assurance voicemail. No one got back to me at the end of the day.
I called SBR main office at 12:30pm 9/26/2013 hoping to talk with Rodney Capps. I got the receptionist instead. She said Rodney was not here today. She transferred me to a Sandy in contracts department. I left a message for sandy.
