Sorry, I cannot figure you how to edit the price in the subject of my original post so wanted to post this update. Unit is still available and discounting quite a bit for last minute.
This rental is for week 23 at Spinnaker, June 8 - 15, 2024.
This Hilton Head Island hideaway is a three (3) bedroom, three (3) bath, two (2) story condo. Master Bedroom is on the main floor (King Bed) 2 additional bedrooms are on the second (2nd) floor.
Backing onto a lagoon, this spacious two story unit features two adult bicycles, fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bar, washer/dryer, spacious dining and living area, and bedrooms with TVs and EnSite bathrooms. You can also relax outside on your private deck with lagoon views. The modest seclusion of this property promotes relaxation while being close enough to all island activities to play every day of your vacation. Enjoy the pool and hot tub nestled amid magnolias, palmetto palms and Live Oaks.
Enjoy June on Hilton Head Island with this fabulous 3-bedroom unit in Egret Point by Spinnaker Resort (Shipyard Plantation). Master bedroom has a king bed with an on-suite include Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The additional bedrooms have 1 queen and 2 double beds, in closet and 3-piece bathroom (with tub). The deck off the dining room has a table and chairs for relaxing with your morning coffee or an evening rewind.
Be aware that this unit has approx 16 stairs to enter the condo. Also, the master bedroom is on the main floor but the additional 2 bedrooms are on the second floor so the ability to climb stairs is a requirement for this rental.
This property provides an assortment of features but will be most attractive to those who enjoy being in quiet communities yet close to the action. A short walk or bike ride to the beach, lockers are available (small fee) beach side, so you don't need to carry your items back and forth. You are also close to shopping and restaurants as well as Coligny Circle/plaza, a popular evening destination.
