Is there a calendar which lets you know what week number you want to travel is?

I see there are Platinum, Gold, Silver, etc...
I want to know if the weeks around Columbus day fall into Gold or Silver at Parc Soleil, if the summer is platinum at Myrtle Beach, the week after Thanksgiving in Orlando...etc...
