HGVC Plantation Beach Club Indian River Plantation-If enrolled in HGVC, can get 8000 points and DEX Eligibility!

The unit is an Annual 2 BR 2 Ba Unit oceanfront with two screened porches. A week in the Flex C weeks are deeded weeks 35 to 50. You may reserve your week each year during this period. Weeks 43 to 48 are also gold weeks in HGVC. If you enroll your usage in HGVC and exchange your gold week for points in HGVC, you will receive 8000 points.
As an additional bonus, this resort shares amenities at the nearby Marriot Resort. Complimentary use of their three outdoor pools and fitness center are available for guest use.

An added bonus is that the week is eligible to be exchanged in DEX which is Diamond’s (now Hilton Club’s) Private Exchange System (similar to RCI).

Maintenance fee (1,762.74) and taxes (79.84) are paid for 2025. I have requested a reservation for a gold week in the Flex C period.

Terms:

Pay LT Closing fee and it is yours. You will get free occupancy in 2025 without reimbursing the 2025 maintenance fees!, I have requested a GOLD week for 2025 which you can keep or cancel. If you wish to enroll in HGVC as I have done, the cost to do so is your responsibility.
 
Reservation for 2025 is week of 11/29 to 12/5. (worth 8000 pts in HGVC if enrolled like I have done.) You can keep reservation or cancel it for another reservation or simply take the points! And don't forget DEX!

This is a nice little resort on the beach near Stuart, Florida.
-- Not a hotbed of social activities, but a great getaway.
-- Sadly, I had to giveaway my week due to medical issues.

OP: I found a taker by listing it in the TUG marketplace.
 
We went many years ago during thanksgiving week.
Had a really nice time
Played golf nearby at a discount
 
I used to own here and love the resort. I now use hgvc points to trade into it. Still love it. All units are beachfront.
 
Still available. 2026 Maintenance paid ($1,963.36). Seller to pay LTS and transfer fees. First use in 2026.
