HGVC Palm Desert (Former Embarc) Room Types

Searching in DEX at HGVC Palm Desert. Is there is a significant difference between a "2 bedroom Perm Lockoff" and the "2 Bedroom" Room types? There are also "1 bedroom Terrace" available. Aside from size, which one is best?

2 bedroom units are on the ground floor, have doors opening to a terrace from both the master bdrm & living room. Fireplace and table, chairs on terrace.
The 1 bedroom terrace units are on the second floor and have a fair-sided outside terrace with table, chairs & fireplace.
The 2 bdrm lockoffs are former 1 bdrm + studio units (connected) which are now only used as 1 "rental" unit and the studio side does not have a kitchenette contrary to what regular studio units have.
Photos are of a 2 bdrm unit. Those are the ones I like best.
