It is still available. Do you want to coordinate when I cancel? It might be easier for you if you call and book it online, as they see inventory before we can. Otherwise you will have to wait until it shows up.

The only number given on my reservation and one the website is the number ending in 8400. It is the main HGVC reservation number and not the resort front desk. I have looked and looked to no avail. Thanks

Try the resort page. No idea why that number listed doesn't work. That is not the main Reservation number.

The phone numbers listed on your resort contact front desk are the HGVC main reservation number and the other number is the diamond resorts main number. It does not appear that you can contact the Ocean Oak front desk directly or at all.

As an FYI, Saturdays are very busy at OO. It might be hard for them to get you an early check in. I’ve gotten in early on weekdays, but something crazy like 85% of their turnover is on Saturday. They will hold your luggage and give you a pool key so you can lounge by the pool, grab a drink or some food. I’m not saying you can’t get an early check in, but it’s much harder on a Saturday.

I was able to get my room at 3PM. I got a room in Tower 2 (New Tower) on the fourth floor. Great view of the pool and beach. Now is gold season, so I was able to get this week for 8000 points (about $1400). This is an unbelievably good price for this quality resort. Parking is complimentary for the first vehicle and $14 for additional vehicle.

I don't think it would be possible for me to book in July/August when the ocean temp is warm. My wife and I own at Parc Soleil and West 57th NYC so our M/F are higher than yours. I talked to a couple of owners at OO and they book at 11 to 12 months out. I was lucky to get a week here now and we love it here.
