We were there the same time as you, and caught the very end of the arts weekend as well! However, it looks like we left a day earlier because they were just setting up the Christmas light show on the day we left. In fact, my wife and I are in your video (1:55) -- we were in a couple of the chairs in the park across the street listening to the jazz band (I'm standing up w/ dark shorts and a gray shirt). Too funny! Did you happen to see the video crew shooting an online gambling commercial directly in front of the McAlpin building mid-week? We were relaxing on the porch, and may have been in the background of some of the takes. 
Nice video review. I have wanted to see what the 2BR units looked like, since we have only ever stayed in the 1BR units.
