HGVC Marbrisa

I'm considering buying into HGVC at LV Blvd and would like to make a reservation for 8/16-8/20 at Marbrisa for us to go to Legoland. There will be 4 kids 3-6yo and 3 adults. I see there are many configurations for a 2BDRM, how do you ensure you get the one with a queen or king bed and pull out sofa in the second bedroom vs the two twin beds? Can I expect there to still be a 3BR available if I can't book until after closing at the end of July? Thanks!

I just logged on and checked: there is not any availability in any room types at any of the California resorts (including Marbrisa) for those dates right now. For popular summer dates, you really need to book right at the 9-month mark of Club Seasoning booking.

The booking system shows which type you are reserving. So you can make sure you get what you want. But at this point for summer at Marbrisa you're likely looking at 2022, imo. It is a great location for Legoland.

Thanks so much for checking. Darn! I was hoping that since it was a Mon-Fri stay and no weekends there would still be an opening. Then I saw on booking.com there was availability for a 2bedroom, but that must be different inventory and I won't pay $2300+ for that. Guess it's back to staying at Welk then via a rental....

Currently there is a 2BR (Code 2LP) available, checking in on 8/12 and out on 8/16. It's 5880 points to book and here is the room description:

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom lock-off suite, located exclusively in The Pointe neighborhood, features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is a studio unit accessed via an internal connecting door and includes a queen-size bed, full sleeper sofa and bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination. A generous living room includes a separate dining area, TV, and queen-size sleeper sofa. The suite also features a full kitchen that includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, sink, dishes and utensils. Complimentary community laundry facilities are available in each building. Each unit includes a patio or balcony. Please note that The Pointe neighborhood has no elevators – stair access may be necessary. If you require an elevator, then please book a unit in The Cove neighborhood.

There is also a 1 BR for 4340 for those same dates using 4340 points.

It would be highly unlikely that they would still be available at the end of July. I faced a similar situation earlier this year and my SIL was able to make a reservation for me that I'll have to give her $ for a Guest Certificate.
