HGVC login failure - when I log in, the system responds by saying I am logged out.

I enter my credentials, the credentials are accepted, and after cogitating, this is how the site responds:

FWIW - the same thing happens with both Firefox and Edge browsers.
 
I would call in and speak with someone directly, but apparently, in the interest of providing superior member service, that option is no longer provided on the website. A call-in number must exist - but it appears that HGVC prefers to not make that information available to owners.
 
I use chrome but that may not make a difference. I am sure that you are using this same link but wanted to ask

Thanks. I used the number, and after 45 minutes on hold someone picked up. She acknowledged that they were having problems with the web site. But since I was inquiring about the former Diamond system, she couldn't help me. But she she gave me a number of 877-374-2582 to use, and she would transfer me. While she was transferring me I reloaded the web site, and things were working again.

I mentioned to her that if she had any ability to submit tickets for correction, it would be user friendly if these phone numbers were included on the "contact us" link.
