It used to be a buck a point was a great deal. Now a great deal is probably in the $1.75 to $2.00 a point range. Be concerned by HGVC right of first refusal. I believe the only Vegas resort in their system not a ROFR is the Flamingo.
The price /point varies greatly with the seasons. Because the MF are based on unit size not season. So the MF for 5000 gold points (2 bd) is a lot more than a 5000 platinum points (1 bd).
$1.75 is a good price for platinum points
$1.45 is good for Gold
$1.15 is good for Silver
I believe the only Vegas resort in their system not a ROFR is the Flamingo.
