A Florida timeshare company has agreed to pay a $250,500 fine for violating New York's Do Not Call law by making 334 marketing calls to 133 consumers registered on the National Do Not Call Registry.
Hilton Grand Vacations Company, LLC, a division of Hilton Worldwide that markets vacation ownership resorts, also agreed to change its business practices before making calls to consumers in the state, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced.
