HGVC Customer Service now closed Sundays

I just logged into the HGVC website and found this notice. HGVC customer service will now be closed on Sundays.

Notice to Club Members​

Please be aware that Club service offices are no longer open on Sundays. Our service hours are:

* Monday through Friday - 8 a.m. to midnight EST
* Saturday - 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST
* Telephone Numbers
* 800-932-4482 (from the U.S. and Canada)
* 44-870-606-1472 (from Europe)
* 407-722-3141 (worldwide)

I guess they are doing some cutbacks, which does not surprise me. As far as cost saving measures, this does not bother me too much. I think it is way better than cutting back on hours but keeping seven days a week.

I always thought they were closed on Sunday and had limited hours Saturday.

I guess if they are cutting 1/7'th of the service, then the $95 HGVC membership fee next year will reflect that.....

I never knew they opened Sundays! The last time I had to call on a Saturday, I thought they closed early.

LOL. Without TUG, I wouldn't have known this feature came and is now gone!
