HGVC Coylumbridge Owners

On January 19, 2026 & 2027, HGVC points were removed from my accounts for my Coylumbridge ownership. In my case, it was 11,200 pts in both of those years. We must follow the new process as outlined in the email from Coylumbridge. The email states:

1. If you do not plan to occupy your Home week or period at Coylumbridge Highland Lodges Club and wish to convert it to HGV ClubPoints, email your request to the lodge office at: Lodge.Office@coylumbridge.info
2. The lodge office will verify that your management fees are current and complete a request to HGVC to allocate your ClubPoints accordingly

In my case, both of my 2026 & 2027 reservations were automatically cancelled in Coylumbridge's reservation system. So I informed them to transfer the points to HGVC.

I don't see a reservation for 2028 in Coylumbridge's reservation system yet, and I don't have the points in my HGVC account for that year from Coylumbridge. I am sure that we must follow the new system for that year also.

In my case only the 2027 HGVC points for coylumbridge ownership were removed recently. The 2026 HGVC points are still there (also 11,200pts for each year). The 2028 points or reservation would not be expected to show up until the date for the 2026 Coylumbridge ownership week has passed (for me that will be in May 2026).

In short, I only see the 2027 HGVC points (and reservation) for Coylumbridge missing and will have to contact them to convert them to HGV ClubPoints.

Maybe that is the difference. HGVC should already have your unit listed on their website. It could have even been rented. Interestingly, HGVC doesn't show any availability for Coy units on their website.
