I was just sent a contract for what was listed as a 7000 point Hilton Vegas on Paradise. The contract shows 2 bedroom with float weeks in the platinum season. Unit # 941. It says nothing about 7000 points, is this normal. I never bought a timeshare before.
Thanks

It's normal for it to say how many points it gets. I do not believe that is possible to buy a week that isn't in points at that resort, though. I'd probably have the seller add it to the contract before I'd sign it, just to make sure.

A HGVC TS deed says nothing about points, just the unit # and the week #... The unit+week establishes the size+season which in turn, determines the points-value. So, it's technically not necessary to state the point-value anywhere.

But how can you hold their feet to the fire in case you are given the wrong unit or week? The points should be included, just in case the seller put the wrong numbers on the contract... It's happened.

No this was not a eBay purchase, I am curious why you ask about PremierVacation because I did win another one from eBay with them.

I saw your other posts asking about them, that's why...
