HGVC Club Partner Perks

Has anyone used the HGVC ClubPartner perks and was it worth it?

I have about 3,000 points that will expire in Dec 2022 and looking for options (probably pass on RCI)
 
probably get more bang for your buck in RCI. There are decent RCI but you need to do your homework and be flexible. We have used them in the Caribbean where there aren't HGVC.
 
Anything is worth more than just letting your points expire. It’s up to you if you want to rent an RV or motorcycle.
 
Is 3000 points worth converting to HHonors? Might get you a night somewhere and more flexible and available than RCI.

I thought most owners had to convert their entire year's worth of points and do it the year prior?

If you just want to convert them and are not elite plus or elite premier, then you are correct. You need to convert the entire amount by Dec 31st for the next year's points but anyone can convert them for an immediate stay at a Hilton. Elite Plus and Elite Premier can convert any amount at anytime at 1:16 ratio.

From the reference guide:
Conversion for Immediate Hilton Honors Reservations. Prior to December 31, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) of the current year, HGVClub Legacy Members and HGV Max Legacy Members may convert any number of their current-year or next year’s allotment of ClubPoints into Hilton Honors Points at the conversion ratio of one (1) ClubPoint to thirteen (13) Hilton Honors Points for a current-year reservation at a Hilton branded hotel. For example, 3,200 ClubPoints = 41,600 Hilton Honors Points. Reservations must be confirmed at the time of conversion and travel dates completed within the current year.

How can a Diamond Club member booked any resort for 2023 without paying their Diamond Club Fees for 2023?

That is the question and issue.
 
I am currently booking in 2023 with both 2023 points and 2024 points but haven't paid MFs or club dues for either so we can do it in HGVC also
