HGVC - Change Reservation

I booked Lagoon Towers several months ago online using 12,400 HGVC points. I would now like to change the reservation to the Grand Waikikian taking advantage of the upcoming sale, even though it will be a few thousand additional points. When I click on "Change Reservation" the site only gives me Lagoon Towers to make a change, and does not show Grand Waikikian or any other resorts. How do I change to Grand Waikikian or is there a rule that change reservations can only be done at the original resort booked?
 
If you are using the website there should be a pop up window at the bottom of the screen that shows the current reservation and a button to change the resort.

I find the App really awkward to navigate but you should be able to go into the reservation and hit the My Stay box and then Modify Reservation (which is under the Check In/Out Dates).
For some reason when I go there the app shows all my reservations and then have to pick the one you want to change and hit Change Reservation. At the top of the next screen you should see the same type of information that is at the bottom of the web page which gives you the option to change the resort.

I don't ever use the App for any bookings/changes.

Thanks, that worked! I am using the website and had the pop up blocked.
