help on RCI oppty for weeks being giving away on TUG

There are a few of them I am interested in, but RCI is part of my interest and that is a black hole to me. From what I can get off the net, let's say I acquire a week that gets 40 trading power in RCI, in what is called "Weeks" account, can anyone help with telling me exactly what I could get with 40 power in
Sedona in fall
Mazatlan or PV or Cabo SL or other pacific coast Mexico in winter-ish
Hawaii, any island, yr-round, maybe winter-ish best to focus on
maybe Jamaica, Aruba

All-Inclusive definitely not wanted.
And, we're not trying to get 3 wks from this one week RCI deposit. We want to know the best that RCI has, best beach, best weather, best season for 45 or 40, maybe 30 or so, weekly power.
