Help in using Marriott club points obtained from enrolled weeks

I am a legacy weeks owner of several Marriott properties including an oceanfront 1 bedroom villa and a garden view 1bedroom villa at the Marriott Ocean Club. I am wanting to convert my 1 bedroom garden view week to points and use those points for a 1 bedroom ocean front villa to extend my week stay using my ocean front villa week reservation.
My question is, can I determine availability for the 3 days that I have enough conversion points for before I have to make the decision to convert my garden view week to points?
I have searched the Marriott website and cannot find an answer to this. Any help giving me directions on how to accomplish this will be appreciated.

Go ahead and run your search .Make sure you select the room size and view in the box. It will show you what check in days are available.

No you won’t be able to actually book until you have the points available; but you can search without having them.

Not that I know if. I think you can call and have them confirm still available and then ask them to hold and elect your points.

FYI - As an enrolled owner, you can also rent Club Points from your fellow owner to make point based reservations. So, you don't always need to elect Club Points if you do not want to. You could book both of your deeded weeks (assuming they are the same season for booking) at 13 months consecutively or concurrently and then rent points from another owners to book additional time.
