Help for Estoppel and ROFR

My escrow company is not having any luck in getting an Estoppel and ROFR for my HGVC Lagoon Tower time share resale.

The escrow company tried the following email addresses:

Estoppel - estoppelprocessing@hgv.com

ROFR - salesinventory@hgv.com

The escrow company has not heard back in a month. I suggested they use @hgvc.com as the domain in the email.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the Estoppel and ROFR from Hilton?

Is there a phone number I can call?
