Help cancel MVC timeshare-what info to include?

Hi. Hope this is in the right section and place but need assistance. Signed an mvc contract/mortgage yesterday in florida but would like to get out. Thanks to finding this forum i believe i have 10 days to rescind. However i cannot find exact info in the usb that MVC gave us. I can only find that it says i have 10 days but theres no instructions other than an address. I dont want to give them an opportunity to reject this. Is there a specific form or document with instructions they are supposed to include? Searched this forum but couldn't find anything else. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Send them a CERTIFIED letter via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and tell them you have changed your mind and are exercising your legal right to rescind. Any buyer who has signed the purchase agreement must also sign the rescission paperwork (i.e. spouse).

Retain a copy of your rescission paperwork and retain a copy of your postmarked receipt to prove you mailed in within the legal time limitations. It doesn't matter when they receive it but it DOES MATTER when it was mailed.

They don't need to acknowledge you paperwork but they do need to act on it. Allow up to 45 days for a refund.

Name of timeshare
Description including beneficial interest numbers
Dates signed

I also dont see a contract number. Should i include A copy of contract page?

Just worried i might forget something to give them an excuse to say no

While this has nothing to do with the letter. How much was the contract you signed for? We track how much tug owners saved by rescinding.

Don’t forget that anyone who has signed the contract must be listed and sign the rescission letter. Comb through the contract, Marriott might allow emails as well. Although, I’d opt for the USPS certified letter as well.

Really it can be as simple as-

Today's Date

I/We wish to rescinded contract #XXXXX signed on (date).

Signatures of everyone who signed contract

You can write it in crayon on the back of a napkin if you want- as long as you have proof you mailed it in time to the right address.
