Help - Best "Rental ROI" Check in Date Ocean Pointe 3BR - May or June?

Some of you guys are so good at this so I ask every year when I'm able to book my 6 months out rental date and then rent it here or Redweek. I can book a 3BR oceanfront unit on the following dates, which would give me the best chance at a good ROI Booking?

May 28th, 29th, 31st (keep in mind Memorial Day is May 25th)
Or Thursday June 4th or Friday June 5th?

My inclination is go with June 5th but there aren't any 3br options on Redweek for end of May.

I would definitely not pick a Thursday check-in for a rental. That just requires people to take extra vacation days with a non-weekend check-in.

Many school districts are not out of school that early for summer break yet- particularly in the Northeast which I feel is the prime market for south Florida rentals. Can you wait longer to book and try to get something in later June or July? Those will rent better than any of these options in my mind.
 
I agree - so May 29th (Friday), May 31st (Sunday) or June 5th (Friday)?Thats all thats left. I always do June and it rents every year. I wish it was later in the year too..
