James Carter and Anastacia Duboshina have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Hyatt Hotels Corporation in the unfortunate death of Nico Carter during their vacation in Mexico.

This is a very creative lawsuit to bring in Hyatt and maintain an action in the U.S. vs. Mexico. Will be interesting to see the rulings.

OMG What ever happened in this case?
Dude I don't even know how a parent could go through this....
I have an aunt, her son died 12/31/2000 he was 5. He had an inoperable brain tumor. We pretty much could only just watch him slowly demise.
I'm so sorry to hear this for this family, I pray so hard for them!
Prayers to anyone who has to just sit by and watch someone leave them......
