Are you having issues logging in? I've a number of clients who have all reported the same issue. Log in and then the "something happened" popup shows briefly before the system refreshes and logs them out.. Seems to be happening on both Chrome and Edge browsers.

Mbr Svcs rep said there were posts about it on the internal chat threads, but they haven't been able to identify a cause and it isn't impacting all accounts so wasn't deemed a issue that required immediate attention.

Anybody having this find a workaround? Thanks!

That's been happening to me for weeks. Usually restarting the computer or using Chrome "incognito mode" or Edge "in-private browsing" fixes the issue.

Was happening to me yesterday with the website - mobile app worked fine so I used the app.

It happened to me three times late last night using Chrome incognito, then I got in on the forth try.

After I booked my week I did another search and an 'illegal activity' message appeared. Backed up and tried again with the same results so I logged off. No problem this morning.

I thought that the login problem last night might have been because too many members were trying to get in to book week 3 at 10 months.

This is a very common issue for me. Sometimes it takes 3 tries, sometimes 4. I just got in 1st try. Sometimes it'll look like its going to fail (I get the something unexpected happened) and yet I'm in. If at 1st you don't succeed, try, try again. Using incognito windows doesn't seem to matter, either way, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't (first try) - but eventually I seem to be able to get in. And usually good at that point, although occasionally I'll get booted. Back to logging in, lather, rinse, repeat.

Typically I prefer the app, but there are some things that don't work correctly on the app, or work differently, or aren't available. Pet peeve, not seeing reservations in order of checkin on the app. Annoying, but at least they are there. Mostly I do things where it makes the most sense at the time (where does it work or where does it work better). In awe it's 2026 and we live with this.
