I am considering using them for a vacation rental, found them on VRBO. They say they are Wyndham point owners Anyone used them?

How about ending your poet's header for clarity? It isn't that broad an interest area.
 
I visited the link in your post ... thought, gee, they are based in Central/Southern NJ due to the area code on their website. WRONG ... their website states their location is FL.

I LOVE warm and fuzzies ... but just not when doing business and sending lots of money thru the internet.

PS Anyone familiar with their payment company (not the Paypal one, the other one)?

It's Authorize.net and don't do much online so not seen it before.
