I'm interested in selling my timeshare at the Grand Mayan and am wondering if other TUG members have used Vacatia for selling and, if so, have any feedback you would share. Thanks!
The major websites on the internet for rentals and sales are Redweek, TUG, and ebay.
Vacatia's prices are way above realistic market level.
The sad truth is that unless you own one of the top resorts (Marriott, Hilton, Starwood/Westin/Sheraton, Hyatt, Disney) your timeshare probably has little or no resale value.
Unfortunately, the resale market is flooded with free Mexican timeshares, and you will find that it may be difficult to even give your timeshare away.
