Has anyone used TRCSINC for the escrow/paperwork when buying or selling a timeshare?

It is time to pay the money for the timeshare, but their webpage looks like a 5 year old made it, so it made me feel like maybe this is sketchy?

Fidelity Real Estate is the company that listed it and TRCSINC is the escrow company that they use.

If you're worried about dealing with an unknown seller then your best bet may be to use a company that YOU have hired to handle the monies and title transfer on your behalf. This way they represent you and not the seller.

Suggest you try using Legal Title Transfers (well known & respected). Here is their website: www.LTTransfers.com

Katrina at TRCS was one of the better closing agents and companies of the 5 or so I’ve worked with

We have used TRCS several times and they have done a very good job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
