Has anyone used TRCS Inc for their escrow

Hi everyone!
Has anyone used TRCS Inc for their escrow when purchasing a resale Timeshare. If so, how was your experience working with them? Any information on this escrow company is greatly appreciated, thank you.
 
Legit. They were used by a broker that we worked with. Made address error so we had to file a corrective deed. If we hadn't asked for the prior sale deed to double check the filing (what a PITA but glad we did), error would not have been found and the title would have been muddied and owners not to be found years later when we want to sell. Will never use them again.

I have used them a few different times and never had any issues. All transfers completed as required.

Agreed. They are legit, but, IMO, they stink. Screwed around with the one resale I had through a certain broker as well. Not to mention, I thought the closing costs (but that could've been broker) were quite high.

Can you share some more details on this error so I can ensure the same doesn’t happen to me? Not sure I fully understand the address error and how it impacts your title after closing.
 
Address of timeshare on deed was wrong. Would have muddied ownership when time to sell. Trying to find seller to correct impossible. Costly lawyer to fix or stuck with bad deed. They had one job to do and they did not proofread their work.
 
Bought a Maui Marriott resale through Syed and he uses TRCS for closing @ $1150. No problems and good email communication.
 
We also had TRCS for a closing on a resale. No problems.
 
We were sent over paperwork with a digit missing from our street number on the deed. We caught the error when checking over all the paperwork. The error was fixed quickly, then we signed. I don’t expect any issues moving forward.

I am working with Syed at AV, so naturally we are working with TRCS.

I am also using TRCS, Inc. for a resale purchase I am closing on soon. They have been very attentive and knowledgeable about the resale process! I have ZERO concerns working with them!

The recommendation of someone who has completed a transaction has some value. If you have not closed yet, how do you know whether they do a good job?

Its like recommending you to my barber. I have complete confidence in him. He is cutting my hair for the first time next week.
