I'm looking to purchase a Marriott timeshare from timeshare-group.com. I was hoping to get some feedback on whether they are reputable or not. Please share any experiences you've had.

I've completed a couple of non-Marriott transactions with this group. Both times, the process went smoothly.

I believe they use this Ebay account to also auction off some of their listings: [TUG Posting Rules do not allow ads in the public forums; link to resale vendor page deleted. <-- SueDonJ]

I would feel confident doing another transaction with them.

I looked at some of the listings on their site, many have very old first usage dates. Like 2010 and 2011. Are those weeks even still available? I would stick to their eBay auctions.

Yes, this is an eBay auction. I also noticed that the weeks on their website have very old first usages as well.

Purchased a few Marriott s through them on eBay. No issues. Prefer them to some other eBay vendors.

Based on their website, i would run as fast as you can.

Their is no disclosure of any kind as to who they are, where they are from, locations, associations they belong to,nothing. Just a phone number, not even a name. RUN!

UPDATE: No issues at all. I purchased a Grande Vista 3-Bedroom platinum EOY on June 2 from timeshare-group.com. By August 3 I had received a deed to the property and it showed up in my Marriott account. Each time I emailed them asking for a status update, I received a reply within 24 hours.

Where are they located and in what state?

have you added it to the ROFR database at rofr.net

I bought a Westin Lagunamar through them with no issues. Time frame was reasonable. Purchased is completed.

I recently worked with The Timeshare Group, LLC to acquire Marriott Destination Club points. They were very responsive to my communications and kept me informed of the progress at each step. The process from signing the contract to submitting it for ROFR to filing the deed for recording and sending it to Marriott Vacation Club went VERY quickly (about two weeks). We would gladly use this group again and recommend them to others.
