Has anyone heard of or dealt with Timesharing 2000 and Duncan Realty Closing Company

I am interested in purchasing a Marriott unit from them, but I am always wary of dealing with people I don't know.

I have used Susan Duncan

on several closings and she is great. I haven't heard of the other company, but as long as your sending the money to Susan, you should be fine. Greg

Trisha at www.timesharing2000.com is great!!!! I've bought many units from her with never a problem.

I've also closed many units from differents sellers with Duncan Closing and every one has been smooth.

Trisha has her own closer who is just as efficient and a little less costly.

We have just closed on two separate platinum weeks using Susan Duncan.
Even tho' we live in northern Canada, all paper work and deeds were dealt with in a timely fashion. Susan is very good at what she does, especially with Marriott properties.

Susan Duncan was the person/company we were advised to use when purchasing 2 non-Marriott weeks from a resale company last year. All was handled efficiently and competently.

Susan Duncan did a fine job for me. The only delay was not her doing; the seller was not getting his mail on his winter vacation so the signatures were delayed.
