Anyone here ever heard of Sue Hoyuela?

Looks like she is behind this site timeshare rental strategies?

"Are you ready to finally turn your timeshare into an income-producing asset?

In the next 30 minutes, you will learn how to implement the rental strategy that other happy timeshare owners are using to rent their timeshare safely and profitably, while still enjoying the use of their timeshare year after year."

She must be here on TUG under another pseudonym?

Giving her the benefit of doubt? But I tend to think collectively here on TUG there is just as much free and beneficial info to be consumed.

Also I recall there was a public access TV channel discussion a while back. Is it possible Sue Hoyuela was one of the hosts on that channel. Anyone recall that thread?

I've seen her videos on YouTube, though not necessarily watched them all. She seems to be in the rental game and teaching people how to better rent their timeshare if they can't use them. Perhaps some paid course or mentorship option too. I am not against that. As someone who offers an online course about how to maximize and best use their Marriott ownership, it is about consolidation of information. All the information is all in a neat package all in one place. Sure you can hang out on TUG and scour Facebook groups like us to absorb all the information over many years or you can pay a hundred bucks or so and get it all in one place in the span of a few hours.

All the same information is available for free, but perhaps not all in one place that is easy to consume. The same goes for all kinds of online courses you see advertised and offered online. Learn SQL, study to get a drone license, etc. You can research it all yourself or just buy a course and be done with it.

Here is the thread I was referencing. Not in any way related to the above person in question.

@dioxide45 I would not hesitate to pay for your online course if I had the need to consume the education in quick fashion. I know your expertise and your reputation. When I asked Sue about her presence here on TUG she was evasive. Not knowing her reputation is reason to be "buyer beware".

I will continue to investigate AirBnB for a possible future rental.

Of course I will list on TUG, FB groups, Koala, Redweek, perhaps ebay and or Craigslist (eeeww) or maybe not.

In all honestly my listings by far have had best success with Redweek. But we will see what the future holds.
