Harborside Dates - Help!

I'm confused! (not for the first time either :) ) The SVN calendar shows week 51 as starting Dec 21st and week 52 starting Dec 28th - all as I would expect. However, there is a rental posting here on TUG for a Harborside wk 51 with a start date of Dec 15th and another posting for wk 50 with a start date of Dec 8th. Does Harborside follow a different calendar? Am I missing something here? Please help

The Harborside specific calendar (available after login at mystarcentral.com), has the following dates:

Week 51:

Dec. 21-28, 2007 (Friday check-in)
Dec. 22-29, 2007 (Saturday check-in)
Dec. 23-30, 2007 (Sunday check-in)

Week 52:

Dec. 28, 2007-Jan. 4, 2008 (Friday check-in)
Dec. 29, 2007-Jan. 5, 2008 (Saturday check-in)
Dec. 30, 2007-Jan. 6, 2008 (Sunday check-in)
