This is the first time I am using this company. With other companies I received a confirmation email to print out to take to the driver. However, for this reservation I received an email from PayPal with the information, but it does not give me a good feeling. There is no information about how to identify them at the airport nor does it say bring a copy of the receipt to show the driver.

Has anyone has experience with the company and enlighten me as to their procedures?

I see that you recvd. what you were looking for, good - now just curious what lead to your choosing this transfer service as opposed to the companies with high profiles, and strong customer support. Companies such as U.S.A Transfers, Canada Transfers, Cancun Valet?
