I just converted a couple of weeks to points with no issues. I used the search function, just to see what’s available and to see if anything more than a studio opened up at Ocean Pointe in January. I didn’t have a problem, but I was just looking and not trying to reserve.

I just made a reservation for a weekend stay in late 2025 without any issues. Whatever issue there may have been earlier are either resolved or only isolated for some reason.
