Hanalei Bay Resort management UPDATE

That's great news! TPI manages a resort that we own in Palm Desert (Desert Breezes) and I have only good things to say about them. I'm not a HBR owner, but last year we stayed at the Cliffs resort in Princeville, and the Cliffs pool was under construction, so we got vouchers to use the pool facilities at HBR for the week of our stay. HBR was breathtaking, the location was amazing, the pool was gorgeous - but it was also obvious that the resort buildings weren't being well taken care of. It was sort of sad to see such a nice place falling into disrepair. It's great to hear that TPI is taking over management, because that's what they're good at. As far as I know they're not usually the "developer", but they're property managers and they know what they're doing. (BTW the grounds at HBR were nicely taken care, compliments to the groundskeeper staff)

This was definately excellent news. Kudos to the boards who organized, fought, and didn't back down. They got many of the owners involved, which must have made a big impact on everyone. It was nice to go to a meeting where the owners agreed that the resort was worth taking a stand for. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Mahalo VOA and AOAO boards!
