Hacienda Del Mar, Los Cabos 3 BDRM question

Hello all,
Booked my first trip to Hacienda Del Mar, Los Cabos VIA RCI. I have a 3 bdrm unit. Can anyone tell me if there are better bldgs to request for best views and updated units? I am having trouble confirming from their website if all 3 bedrooms are considered "villas" or penthouses? Any help is much appreciated!

I hope you get lucky. It looks like most of the buildings are behind the seven ocean front buildings. The ocean front buildings are shorter than the buildings behind them so there are views in the upper floors of the second row of buildings and maybe even the building behind it. The Four Seasons kind of blocks the view to the south so the north side of the resort might have views of the beach and Sea of Cortez.

You will have a really nice beach area and beach restaurants with a great view.

No idea on the room configurations.

Last time we stayed was 5 years ago. There was one building (I want to say building 11, but I could be wrong) where most of the 3 BR were located (it sits back a bit, but you COULD see the ocean if you leaned out the balcony). That building was NOT renovated. I don't know if they've renovated since, I would hope that they have by now, but you never know. Might want to check on TripAdvisor if they've renovated the 3 BR units yet. I was in a 1 BR unit closer to the ocean, but you had to lean over and look to the right (due to how the building faced). My sister and dad were in the other building that was NOT renovated (and it seriously needed it too).

I have stayed in a 3 bedroom there but it had no view. Nice condo

Here is a picture of the Hacienda del Mar. It's the orangeish resort sandwiched between the the gray resorts. It looks like a nice beach in front of the resort. I took this off our deck.

Is Fiesta Americana Los Cabos resort the orange resorts on the far right side of the picture? That whole area over there looks nice.

Yes, Hacienda del Mar has a very nice beach, IMO.

I'm not sure if it's the Fiesta Americana or the newer Hilton Grand Vacation they put there. In between them is the Sheraton "hotel" portion of Hacienda del Mar.
