you could try to rent a week out. book somewhere else.
book part of it with II. do not put the 3 br with II. separate the units.

there are many different ways you can use this unit.

If you bought this unit resale (and I hope you did) you won't receive anything from the Starwood except a welcome letter.

If you have received the recorded deed, you should call Owner Services to see if you are in the system. (The number is in the FAQ at the top of the board.) If they haven't received the recorded deed yet, you can send them a copy of yours. There is a link for that in the Owner Resources Sticky at the top of the page.

Since you are new to Starwood, I'd suggest that you read the FAQ at the top of this board and then let us know what you still have questions about. It's also worthwhile to browse through the info. in Owner Resources.

Options:

Reserve a week and rent it out (not as good as it used to be since travel is depressed and maybe difficult with you being in the UK.)

Deposit it with an exchange company for an exchange during the next 2 years - split the lock-off and you will get 2 weeks out of it.

Use the Staroptions to make a reservation at another Starwood resort - to use or rent.

Convert to Starpoints for hotel stays or airfare - not the best value, but maybe a good way for you to go since you can use them in the UK.

If you are going to reserve a week at your home resort, you want to decide quickly because the best weeks in your season are probably already reserved.
