I LOVE TUG! I recently gave away 3 timeshares(In literally 19 minutes) on TUG bargain forum because wife and I are buying into DVC(Been using these units to trade into DVC but that is getting harder), and it worked so well that I suggested to my COA that we utilize TUG for some of our excess inventory as well. I ran it by Moderator DeniseM, and she said that it would be fine, as long as we confirmed to the forum rules. I talked to COA board and they approved as well so here I am.
Paradise Isle is a family oriented resort located in gulf shores AL. I love the resort and still own and stay here but posting these units for COA(I serve on board as well) to see if we can offload some excess units. Our dues are MUCH LOWER than industry average(Industry average is 660 we are 455 and we have always been keen to keep dues low as we can) and even our off season units trade well on RCI and II as there are not very many resorts in Gulf Shores. If anyone interested, these units are free but closing would be paid by purchaser ($216 is the actual cost from closing agent, we would make nothing). 2018 dues will be invoiced Oct/Nov and be due Jan 1. Below is the unit #/Week Fixed vs floating and RCI TPU for each unit(I don't have II account to pull that info). All of the 20 units are small 1 BR units that sleep 4 (queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa). 16 is large 1 BR that sleeps 6 and has 2 queen beds in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa.
