Guest pass rules

I gather that the guest pass rules have changed with the new website.
How soon does the guest need to be entered into the system?
In the past I have done that only when the 15 day point was reached.

Is there a guide with all the rule changes?
I still have the 2014-2015 directory.

That directory is still current but amended by a supplement. The directory/supplement is on the website. The guest pass rules did change, if memory serves, it is 48 hours to add guest pass if the dates overlap anything you already have scheduled.

If you only have one owner name, and one reservation for those dates, you can wait and put on the guest pass anytime before travel.
If you have two reservations for the same dates and only one owner, you need to put a guess pass on one of the two reservations within 48 hours, or it will be automatically cancelled by Wyndham. If you have more than one owner, just put one owner name on each of the two reservations.
I have received an email warning me of overlaps, and also your "alerts" will warn you of overlaps. But I would not rely on either receiving an email or seeing an alert before they decide to cancel one - if you see either, feel lucky.
