Guest name change

Anyone else having problems changing a guests name on a reservation using the tool on the Marriot Vacation Club website? Everytime I fill in all the information and check all boxes, I click on the submit button and nothing happens. The submit button then becomes unable to click and the "no" symbol appears over it. I called Marriott and they said they have not received any request on the reservation number so it did not go through.

I should add that the reservation is many months out so its not a 30 day issue.

The forms have been broken for a few weeks, first it was ocean point, then hawaii, then most resorts. You have to contact them and open an IT case. I am curious whether anyone has been able to submit any guest name change successfully since Friday?
 
The last two recent guest names I have changed have allowed me to submit them okay, however Marriott did not send me back an email indicating that they had in fact been changed. This situation happened last week (April 21st) and the week before last (April 14th).

Consequently I called owner services at Marriott. They informed me that they did receive the changes, so I asked them to send me an email confirming such. They did send me those emails upon request so I didn't have to do anything else (I was annoyed to have to call Marriott about this).

In my situation the form worked properly but the automatic follow up email confirmation did not work properly.

I added a guest about a week ago for a Newport Coast reservation - online submission about 4:30 pm and done before 10:00 pm on a Friday night. I did mine by calling up the list of reservations in the points section, identifying the reservation, and filling out the form online.

The access using a special email address that I had seems to have been discontinued. It's nice to see things work on the regular website.
 
Marriott did not send me back an email
I've had the same experience. No email confirmation to me for name change. The reservation disappeared from my Bonvoy account and I was able to use the Marriott Reservation Lookup page to find it under the guest.
 
Experiencing the same issue here, I called customer service and they stated they were not aware of the issue. I requested they open a ticket with the IT support team....rookie mistake! Always an issue someplace on this website...
