Hi!

I am trying to generate a guest certificate for a points weeks. I've typed info in a half dozen times. The error that comes up is something to the effect of- The characters that are expected are not being used, please use English characters.

I can call tomorrow, but would be nice to just be self serve!

Are you using the long-form that you have to access with a link?

IDK if this is the problem, but you cannot use any hyphens or underlines.

Hi! I pull up the ressie under points reservations and then click the Add Guest. I choose the "I am not staying" choice. Then punch everything in, which in my life's experience is all English letters and numbers. I have done this one a Mac and now added the app to my phone and same thing. I'm so defeated! I've done this a couple of times in the last few months and no issues those times.

Do you have the direct link to the long form? If so, you should try that instead.

The pop up on the link from the owner site seems to be very glitchy lately. IDK why, but it is definitely problematic.

Running into same English characters problem. Owner Services says problem has been going on a while. Sooo frustrating! Where please is the long form link being referenced?
