Staying at WorldMark Mission valley couldn't do a tour there because I'm at Club Wyndham owner. So they sent me to Harbor Lights for the tour and the presenter said company is listening to there owners now since they acquired Travel and Leisure. They were pushing that Deeded ownership is better than CWA because 80 percent is select and 20 percent is access that goes into inventory. Also, She said this is a corporate site Seems like last year all sales site have become Corporate sites. They are all license real estate agents and have a liability to the state or something? They didn't have enough sales people and swoosh me away after the meeting but I did ask her where did the 80 20 percent number come from. She look at my account I was select and not to worry. I told her in previously meeting what ever I had they were always trying to switch to the other. Plus one presentation they were going to sell me Shell converted points? She said Harry can check you out. I wanted to do a WorldMark presentation anyway and was denied. MOPS was also discussed maintenance fee offset program and extra holidays. One thing I did learn I think its new is bonus time and I know that it works. I book a weekend at Williamsburg for a two bedroom and it only cost 140 dollars 5 dollars per a thousand points.
