Group Presenter at Harbor Lights San Diego 80 percent inventory is Select 20 is Access

Staying at WorldMark Mission valley couldn't do a tour there because I'm at Club Wyndham owner. So they sent me to Harbor Lights for the tour and the presenter said company is listening to there owners now since they acquired Travel and Leisure. They were pushing that Deeded ownership is better than CWA because 80 percent is select and 20 percent is access that goes into inventory.
