Stayed the week of June 24-July 1,2023. Really liked the unit #25 except for a few things.
#1 The frying pan was terrible with everything sticking/tearing,totally useless. After a Monday breakfast for local things to do (free) which the food was good but really no information given and was really used to try to get you to a sales presentation we asked about the fry pan. We were told some units had recently received new ones, but not unit 25.
#2 Shower water flow was great but both showers made me feel as if I needed to drop to my knees and I'm already hardly over 5:8. Pitty a tall person.
Now the good: two comfortable recliners in the living room, large tv's in living room and two bedrooms. Large living room, great air conditioning with ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Nice eating area and balcony (when temperature and humidity not unpleasant). Parking directly in front of unit for 2 cars and single floor. Resort and unit easy to find and get to. Didn't see any gas bbq's but saw some small charcoal grills a short distance away. Surrounded by golf courses and there was a swimming pool.
Definitely a golfing community with fast food restaurants right down the street. For us it was R&R after flying in to Tulsa to visit an old friend which was a little over 2 hours away.
If never in Arkansas before Maps constantly take you on what we consider backroads.
Oh, for anyone wondering we did go buy a decent frying pan and left it for the next people in #25. Hope you enjoy breakfast starting on day one. Without that frypan sure messed up our first morning there.
