MF= 455 per year / 3 = $151 per year
RCI weeks
Next use year 2028
Will get 2 Vacation Village bonus weeks every use year

Buyer to pay transfer and closing costs estimated at $400

Great starter or newbie TS
20 TPU every 3 years loaded at one time
Access to last call and extra vacations
Exchange fee to other vacation village properties is only 159

You may want to explain a little what the unit is like (I'm guessing 1BR?) and how the VV bonus weeks work - i.e. stay at Grandview? Stay at any VV location? Can you use them in other years or just in the issue year? If you can use them in other years, when do they expire? Do you pay the $159 to use the bonus weeks?
