Grandview Las Vegas RCI Points contract w/122,000 existing points banked with RCI

61K Annual points; MF $950.00/yr.(paid in full until January, 2026)

Great way to get started in or add to RCI Points.

Ownership upon closing; join RCI ($134.00/yr) to allow transfer of existing points

Buyer to pay resort transfer fee ($250) and closing costs (recommend LT Transfers).
