GrandView Las Vegas 2BR 80k points annually

Hello,

Looking to give away my Grandview timeshare as it does not fit how we travel with young kids. I will pay all closing costs and transfer fees using LTT.

It is all paid off and 2024 fees paid up. My RCI account is expired and I refuse to give them any more money for possibly the worst website I have ever used that has not been updated in the 13 years I have owned this... Anyways, there is currently 160k points in the RCI account with another 80k coming on 9/30/24 if the new owner would like to take them over they will pay any fees for transfer through RCI.

1. Resort Name - Grandview
2. Resort Location - Las Vegas
3. Fixed Week / Floating Week / Number of Points (and specify what system) - Points exchange through RCI worth 80k points
4. frequency (every year? every other year?) - every year
5. unit size (ie bed/bath/view) - 2 bed, 2 bath
6. Annual Maintenance fees - currently $910 for 2024
7. Date the annual maintenance fees are due each year (or indicate if paid monthly) - next year due on 1/1/25
8. date the NEXT maintenance fee bill is due - next year due on 1/1/25
9. Number of Points and the frequency (every year? every other year?) - 80k RCI points annually
10. Season if applicable (high demand etc) - says week 8 on the deed but its points
11. Exchange Company Affiliation (if any) - Will use LTT title transfer and I will pay for it
12. Past trades you have made with this ownership - none, I bought it from a sales pitch in 2011
13. Closing Cost estimate (if any) - I will pay all closing costs, but if you want the remaining RCI points you have to pay any RCI fees
