Grand Mayan Reservations System Question

I have recently purchased a Grand Mayan Grand Master Suite on the re-sale market and have just received confirmation the deal is done. Can anyone tell me if the reservation system works in the same manner as the Mayan Palace reservation system. Will I be issued a Reservation ID number or will I use the same number as was issued when I purchased the Mayan Palace unit I own. I am anxious to book a week and I am unaware if the same 6 month rule applies to the Grand Mayan.
Any Grand Mayan experts, please help???:cool:
 
I believe that every time you upgrade or enhance your Mayan Resort you are given a new I.D. number. As far as the 6 month rule, I cannot comment.
 
With the contract # just like the MP

you can call at 6 months and make your requests. If you have received notice from the closing company I would call them and get the contract #, then call Grupo Mayan. The latest contact from Canada is 1-800-421-4161.

Greg is correct. You need your ID Number and either the contract number &/or registration number to set up your online account to make reservations. Just call the 1-800-away-i-go number and give them the information you have and they will give you the other numbers. I have done this four times. :)
