Grand Crowne/Capital Vacations mistake in adding contract to owners portal

Hi everyone more problems with Grand Crowne and Capital. We received 3 contracts FREE and 2 were bi annual and 1 was annual points. Unfortunately when the transfer/contract person added these contracts on the Grand Crowne owners site they made all the contracts bi annual. The deeds are correct. I have been calling and emailing everyone I can find. Then they give me another number to call. No one ever answers the phone or email messages I send.
For the annual contract I paid the maintenance fees in January 617.00. Seems like the billing dept can get I right.

Interval International handles all reservations for this resort. Owner reservations at home resort and exchanges. Interval can only see the points that Grand Crowne tells them are there to use for exchanges. I can’t use my 2025 points till Grand Crowne fixes the situation. I’ve been dealing with this for months now. It’s so difficult to get anyone to help with anything in the Grand Crowne/Capital organization.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Did you use a closing company to faciliate the transfer? Have you reached out to them? Where was the notification sent to do the transfer? Perhaps something should be sent again to that address/person?
 
Yes a closing company did the transfers. The transfers and deeds are correct. It all lies at Grand Crowne/Capital level. It’s as simple as someone entered the wrong data. That is a good idea to send something to where the transfer paperwork goes.
Grand Crowne has the worst owner service I’ve ever experienced. If it wasn’t for the fabulous power GC Interval accounts have I would dump this group.
