Grand Chateau - restaurant suggestion?

Looking for a suggestion for a local, non-chain, non-strip Italian restaurant in the LV area. We will have a car so anywhere from Summerlin to Henderson is fine. the place we used to like changed drastically, and we won't go there anymore. Thanks.
