Anyone have a recent report of the "noise" from the new tower construction?

Also, a description of the 3BR layout?

We were there for Thanksgiving week. Stayed in Tower 1. Weren't bothered at all with construction noise.
 
We were there over Christmas and there was no construction going on that we could see at the Grand Chateau. The only construction was across the street at the Planet Hollywood and we never heard a peep from that.

By the way the property is beautiful. We were in a 1 bedroom on the 12th floor facing the strip. The location is oustanding.
 
We were at the Chateau in late Nov. Any and all noise originates from the messy construction at the Planet Hollywood including, but not limited to the corner on the LV Strip and the new Westgate tower. In fact I would describe the whole area, including the intersection on the Strip, as one huge construction zone. Frankly, not a very pleasant area for a holiday.
